Правила продления - можете почитать на сайте иммигрейшн (см ниже), плюс могут быть свои требования в каждой провинции (у меня, к примеру - не только сертификат из банка, но и банковскую выписку за год плюс предъявить банковскую книжку, плюс нарисовать от руки место расположения арендованного жилья).
